A conversation
An hour on how you quote, buy, make, dispatch and invoice. We look at the sheets you use today.
- Day 2
Your name on it
Your name, colours, logo, roles, GSTIN, bank details and terms. It looks like your own software.
- Day 3
Your data in
Customers, vendors, items and employees from your spreadsheets or Tally. Opening stock and balances load as drafts your storekeeper and accountant check and post.
- Day 4
Your rules
Your costing rules, approvals, follow-up rules, alerts and dashboards. Modules you do not need are switched off.
- Day 5
Training on real orders
Short sessions, one per role, in English or Hindi. The app goes on the phones of the people on the floor.
- Days 6 and 7
Go live, with us on site
Your first real orders run through it with an implementer beside your team. Enterprise clients get a full six-day first week.
- Weeks 2 to 4
A day a week, on site
We come back every week for the rest of the first month to clear doubts, make changes and train anyone new, with help on WhatsApp and phone in between.
What we need from you
- An hour on day one, and about an hour a day after
- Your customer, vendor and item lists, as spreadsheets or a Tally export
- Someone who knows the stock and someone who knows the books
- Your real costing rules, so quotes match what you would say
