Follow one order all the way.
Each step below is a screen your team would use, and what it hands to the next.
- 01
Quote in a minute
Pick the product and size. Your costing calculator works out the parts, labour and installation with your own prices. For LED screens: modules, cabinets, power supplies, control cards and cable.

- 02
Approved once, ordered once
Quotes wait for the owner. One click turns an approved quotation into a sales order, with the advance recorded against it. Nothing is typed again.
- 03
Buy only what is missing
Open orders hold stock. What is short becomes draft purchase orders, one per vendor, emailed on approval. Goods come in with serial numbers, into the right warehouse and bin.

- 04
Make it, know the cost
Bills of materials with in-process and finished parts, material issue, operations, downtime and machine OEE. The real cost per unit falls out, not a guess.
- 05
Dispatch, install, warranty
Serial numbers go to the customer on the dispatch note. The installation checklist starts the warranty clock on the right date, per serial.
- 06
Invoice, collect, follow up
A GST tax invoice as a PDF, split by state, amount in words. Receipts settle it and the books balance themselves. The after-sale call is booked by your own rules.

Also in the box.
Approvals that come to you
A waiting-for-me list for the owner, with limits by amount.
Dashboards for every role
Owner, sales, production, purchase, finance, people. Build your own on screen.
Documents that look right
Invoice, quotation, order, purchase order and challan as PDFs with your logo, bank and terms.
Alerts behind a bell
Overdue invoices, low stock, due follow-ups. You choose which, and for whom.
Labels and job cards
Print QR labels for items and bins, and job cards for the floor.
A calendar for anything dated
Deliveries, visits, follow-ups and leave on one calendar.
